Kodiak Express Rifle
This gun is a double barrelled .50 calibre percussion
muzzle loading rifle, equipped with folding leaf rear sights. It is a reproduction, made
by Pedersolli, fitted with 710mm long barrels, is 1150mm long and weighs 3.7kg. It has the
necessary weight to damp down recoil and is quite comfortable to shoot from the standing
position. According to Pedersolli it has been successfully tested in African Game hunting,
but this is not something that we indulge in on a daily basis in the UK!
