This is an specialised bit of kit. A Czech Air Arms S200 .22 air rifle equipped with a bipod, silencer, telescopic sights, night vision intensifier and an infra-red illumination source (out of sight on the other side of the gun). The gun is powered by compressed air (held in the tube under the barrel) and is loaded by a retracting bolt from a 9 shot magazine, in a similar manner to a cartridge rifle. Although not a pure target rifle, it is used on the 25 metre range, mostly for sighting purposes.
